Returns & Exchanges

At Lakeland Baby and Teen Furniture, we want your nursery or bedroom to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-ordered pieces and assembled furniture are generally non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and packed securely in its original manufacturer box with all hardware, instructions, and protective padding included.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping or Drop-off

  Ship the item back to our warehouse using a trackable carrier, or schedule a local drop-off at our showroom if your purchase was made in-store.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
